SUMMARY– We had a quite informative and interactive Pedico lrgal workshop under IAP Action plan 2018-19.Topics like, ‘what is negligence‘, ‘consent and documentation‘,’CPA and professional indemnity‘,’communication skills‘,’legal issuesin critical care‘ and ‘violence in hospitals & Medicare Protection Act‘ were very nicely covered. A good role play was done by Dr Ashish and Dr Anoop to show how to deal with the patient in a correct manner.
